I envision a world where everyone has the knowledge and power to embody the true essence of yoga, on the mat and in their everyday lives. Where our community is brought together by common intentions of love, sustainability and respect.
Ever since my dad bought me home a yoga video at the tender age of nine, I’ve been enthralled by the practice of yoga. In the last few years my practice has deepened and become more consistent, strengthening and lengthening my body and expanding my mind, both on and off the mat. Yoga is at the core of my existence, inspiring me each precious moment to be more mindful.
I completed my 200 hour teacher training at the Essence of Living International Academy under the tutelage of Michelle Cassidy in 2016. I am forever a student and love exploring both the physical asana practice of yoga along with the ancient philosophies and teachings this eternal science offers us.
In my classes, I love to share my passion for vinyasa along with the teachings of the gurus who have come before us. My heart is filled each and every time a student approaches me to say how the practice has made them feel, the very fact that I can facilitate that feeling is why I teach. When you hop on the mat in one of my classes your body will be nurtured, your spirit lifted and my hope is that you step off feeling nourished, expanded and lit up from the inside.
